Former member of New York University’s Varsity Women’s Volleyball team & Social Media team.

Elizabeth was a member of New York University’s Varsity Women’s Volleyball team from August 2020 to August 2023.

During her time on the team, Elizabeth sat on the @nyuwomensvolley social media committee with 4 other teammates.

NYU Athletics went through a rebrand in the Fall of 2021, leading to an increased presence on social media and coherent “NYU Athletics” brand identity across all accounts. After the rebrand, the social team utilized NYU Athletics templates in Photoshop to customize Volleyball specific posts.

Elizabeth’s Responsibilities & Performance included:

  • Working closely with team members to increase Instagram presence and user engagement by 200%.

  • Collaborating with NYU Athletics’ social media team to ensure all posts adhere to the new NYU brand guidelines.

  • Utilizing Adobe Photoshop to create engaging birthday, game day, and game result edits to post on Instagram (a few can be seen below).

  • Strategically implementing Instagram stories to drive engagement and foster interest in NYU Women’s Volleyball (IG story takeovers can be seen below).
